The AAID has negotiated a room rate of $195 per night plus tax for single and double occupancy. The cutoff date for this special negotiated rate is Tuesday, March 19, 2024, or once the room block has been filled. After this time, availability will be limited and higher rates may apply. You are encouraged to book your room as soon as possible as availability is not guaranteed.

One night’s room and tax will be charged if your reservation is cancelled after 6 pm local hotel time one (1) day prior to your arrival date.
The Sonesta Nashville Airport is located 4 miles/7 minutes from the Nashville International Airport.
The hotel offers complimentary shuttle services to and from the airport. The shuttle runs daily from 4:30 am to 11:45 pm.
The shuttle departs the hotel every hour and half-hour and departs the Nashville International Airport Ground Transportation Terminal at :15 and :45 past the hour. The last departure is at 11:45 pm. Accessible shuttles must be requested in advance.
Overnight parking is available at $20 per night.
