Dr. Svoboda graduated from the University of Toronto with a PhD, DDS, is a Fellow of the AGD, Honored Fellow of the AAID and Diplomate of ABOI/ID. He has received the Award of Merit from the ODA for his contributions to organized dentistry. He practices Implant Dentistry at ParkPlace Dental Centre in Brampton, Ontario. Dr. Svoboda's research has led to a better undertanding about the root causes of treatment complications and how to mitigate them by design and installation protocol. He has been granted patent protection in the USA for his innovative Reverse Margin Abutment and complimentary Prosthesis designs. He is thankful to BioHorizons Canada, The Aurum Group® of Dental Laboratories and Core3D Milling Centres and Shaw Laboratories for helping to make Reverse Margin Products available to dentists across North America. Dr. Svoboda lectures Nationally and Internationally and loves to work with people that want to make implant treatment better.
